Really good Stay NEAR the METRO
great breakfast convenient location easy access
I found the location very convenient, especially for attending an event. The metro stop was close, PROVIDING easy access to various parts of the area. The breakfast selection impressed me. It offered a good variety of options, I found something to enjoy each morning.
The lobby had a VERY strong perfume smell, noticeable in the hallways. it was sometimes a little overpowering.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and they were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, and check-in. The cleaning service was efficient. They ensured that rooms were super clean each day, SO i would say the hotel staff are dedicated to providing great hospitality.

The hotel's proximity to the suanzes and ciudad lineal metro stations was really convenient. Accessing various parts of the city was straightforward. the superior double room was spacious, and the bed provided great comfort. i found the breakfast buffet had a very good selection.
I detected a noticeable perfume smell in the lobby and hallways. This was present throughout my stay.

fresh fruit helpful staff convenient facilities easy access
The breakfast was nice (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me with directions to a nearby park. i appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the hotel location provided easy access to public transport for exploring the area.
i found that the soundproofing could be improved, as i occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.
